We are well aware of the impact that war, conflict and economic instability can have one’s ability to access sustenance. Even more important is the traumatic impact that this can have on an individual long after the period of insecurity is over. Nourishment is our birthright. Through our culinary travel journey and our trade activities, we celebrate sacred culinary traditions across Africa and the Middle East. We hope to go beyond just fundraising. We hope to share a story that nourishes hearts.
