The Sultry Relish Kitchen Project is a travel-inspired culinary journey that explores and celebrates sacred food traditions across Africa and the Middle East. All the profits generated from this project will be used to support food security initiatives in Wales, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, North Eastern Nigeria, Gaza, Syria and Sudan.
