AVAILABILITY
Hookah tea smoke and tarot sessions are typically available on Tuesday, Wednesdays and Thursday evenings between 7pm - 11pm BST. Appointments can be booked on the half hour or the hour. Please email admin@queeneros.co.uk to confirm availability before booking this package.
BOOKING POLICY
Appointments can be scheduled directly through the website by clicking the ‘pay now’ button, directly under the link of the package you would like to purchase. When making a reservation you will be required to provide a copy of photographic ID in the form of a driver’s licence or a passport, for security and identification purposes. Full payment is due upon booking.
Cancellations made in less than 72 hours of your appointment will result in a partial refund equivalent to 50% of the amount charged for your appointment. Cancellations made in less than 48 hours of your appointment will result in no refund.

Sessions are held from my clinic in Dolgellau, North Wales which is currently being refurbished.
